“I'm choosing happiness over suffering, I know I am. I'm making space for the unknown future to fill up my life with yet-to-come surprises.” ― Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat, Pray, Love
This week I have the opportunity to work with a new cohort of Equus Coaches in training.
There is so much space being held in this group for possibility, for learning, for dreaming, for fears and old stories.
What has been most incredible in being present here, is how sometimes less is so much more.
Less doing, less figuring it out, less striving, less comparing, less judging...makes space for so much more:
More connection More laughter More reflection More observation More trust More growth More hope More possibility
The horses have this way of giving permission to be present and a reminder to create whatever space you need.
Where do you crave more space? In time...energy...relationships....in business...in your physical environment?
How can you create more space by doing less?
