New Year Shift Change
Happy 2023!
Its here and that can mean as little or as much as you want it to.
Regardless of how you like to celebrate (or not celebrate)- one thing that is true is that we all wake up on January 1 and start a new day, a new month, a new year.
I gave up resolutions a long time ago, but I still love some ritual around this new beginning. One of my absolute favorite playfully strategic rituals is finding a beastie for the year, courtesy of Sarah Seidelmann and her Beastie App- What the Walrus Knows. (you can download at https://followyourfeelgood.com/sarah-seidelmann-books-iphone-app/what-the-walrus-knows-ipad-and-iphone-app/)
Mine this year is the porcupine :)
I also encourage you to reflect on this holiday season and set some intention for how you want next year's season to look. There is no time like January 1 to take inventory of what filled your bucket and what drained the tanks.
As we move forward, I'm taking a few more days with family to enjoy nature and finalize my schedule of offerings for 2023. I resist the pressure to have it all figured out by today....want to resist with me?
That being said, we are putting the final touches on our new monthly membership program (I'm so very excited).
January's content will launch on Monday, January 9th and the focus will be on playfully strategic planning for your sustainable life and business design.
I believe planning and setting intention should be a sacred and joyful process- one that feels rich and delicious- so that is what I promise this month in our membership program.
Registration will open soon, so keep an eye out or shoot me an email and let me know if you are interested!
In the meantime, if you would like to get on my calendar for a private coaching session or retreat (virtually or in person)- I'm still offering my 2022 packages (and pricing) through the end of this week. You can click on the link below to schedule a free consultation or schedule your sessions now :)
